【摘要】目的:本研究着重对IgE介导的食物过敏体外特异性IgE检测与皮肤试验对照分析,探讨高效的食物过敏诊断。方法:0-6岁患儿84例,以支气管哮喘、过敏性鼻炎、湿疹、特应性皮炎、以及消化道症状为主要临床表现,收集病史,进行食物过敏原皮肤点刺试验以及血清特异性IgE(sIgE)检测。结果:84例患儿中皮肤试验阳性者共27例。皮肤试验(+)sIgE(+)者18例,皮肤试验(+)sIgE(-)者9例。结论:皮肤点刺试验是食物过敏诊断的基本步骤,IgE检测是食物过敏诊断程序中的核心环节,两者结合有较高的食物过敏确诊率。
